  Ok, let me start off by saying I love chili's,Applebees you know basic places like that. But by far this has been the most unpleasant experience at a chillis EVER. I only came to the wake forest location because I'm here for an interview but after being here I should've just stopped in Raleigh, or took my money elsewhere. The food, isn't bad and thats the only thing saving them because their customer service is trash. Coming in the door, there was a couple before me and the greeter seated them, accommodating them because the guy was on crutches. Then she finally came to seat me, in which after I told her it was just myself, she stated "ok, you can just sit at any one of those booths" while pointing around the corner. I asked her "where?" She says "Which ever one you want"..Because correct me if I'm wrong but if your job is to seat people, you walk them to where ever you're seating them not point and tell them where. If you dont like your job freakin quit, because obviously it's not the job for you. She then walks back and forth so I asked her for my drink and she declines saying she isn't the server and he'll be right with me. I asked because she wasn't doing s*** not even her job. First issue, I overlooked it, next I'm sitting the server finally comes to take my order, I asked for a sweet tea, which was not sweet and couldn't be enough sugar in the world added to make it so. I asked for a sprite, he brought me that followed by my salad. After he left I immediately noticed that my table didnt have any utensils but a knife. So i sat there 3-4mins trying to get the servers attention so he'd bring me a fork. After I got the fork, the lil house salad wasn't fresh at all. Then finally comes my food in which i asked for a plain double burger with cheese,bacon,mayo & mustard with a side or ranch for my fries. There was no mustard on it, nor any ranch. By this time I'm guessing the manager saw my frustration and stepped in to bring me what I was missing along with continuously asking me if I was okay. Even after the little rude greeter b**** at the door didn't seat me, I was still willing to try to not hold this against anything, tip my server all if the above. Especially since the stereotype restaurants have for "black peole don't tip" so they give out s*** service majority of the time. But they are really messing that up, tip and all....needless to say I'm never coming back to this location. I used to work in the food industry so I don't wanna hear "you don't know how much they make per hr" A lot of ppl don't get paid what they should per hour but they still do their job correctly with pride to everyone not just select races. My advice, if you aint white, keep it moving and go to a chilli's in Raleigh or some where else.
