  Good parking, plenty of trails. Some good flow, climbs and descents. A bit too much of flow killed by a sharp turn and bottom of descent designed to kill momentum-even worse at Shady. For beginners and cardio-nuts great but intermediate skilled riders New Light or Oxford Rd would probably be better.
