    I currently rent from this firm and I have had the worse experience with them! They don't want to replace items that are not up to par. They do not call/respond to emails in a timely manner. Yet alone answer the phone when you call. There have been maintenance issue for the last 5 months that have yet to be fixed. It's ridiculous that you pay rent each month and they do not take care of theirs residents. If your looking for a place to rent go somewhere else with a company that wants to provide good customer service and a comfortable place for your family to live.
