Where Chanticleer Properties outshines the competition is in helping investors analyze whether a property is a sound investment, procuring responsible tenants, and handling all aspects of the leasing transaction. With Chanticleer's help, I recently bought an brand new townhome in Durham and had a great tenant lined up the day the sale closed. I got a great deal on the price and I am now collecting more rent than I projected! Because Chanticleer manages the tenant relationship, very little effort on my part is needed.
