  I really don't like leaving negative reviews for private businesses like this, especially ones that went out of their way to accommodate me and were understanding of us being late to meet them. Unfortunately we encountered a bad situation and I don't think it was handled very well.
  
  The boat we were on was having some engine issues shortly after we started out, but we weren't sure if it was something to be worried about. We stopped the boat, dropped the anchor, and enjoyed our evening. We couldn't get the boat started again when we tried to head back. Long story short, they had to come get us and tow us back to a nearby boat ramp. Not an ideal experience but ok so far, stuff happens.
  
  The big issue is that the boat gets pulled back up the ramp, and we have to jump down off of it ~4-5 ft jump onto concrete. This is not exactly safe, but no one offered another solution, no stool or anything to make it safer. As could be expected one of my friends jumped, seriously injured her knee was in obvious pain. She couldn't walk without leaning on us, but the rental people showed literally no concern. Two of them were there but neither asked if she was ok, offered to help, or anything like you'd expect. They were standing around, laughing, or in general just not around. My friend couldn't get into their truck, so we had to leave her with another friend in the parking lot in the dark (the guy did go back to bring her a chair).
  
  They offered me a complimentary rental but I can't say I'm in a hurry to repeat this experience. These things happen but they didn't handle it very well in my opinion, and I'm honestly just upset with the way they treated my friend.
