  What a great job by the entire team at Mattress Warehouse. I shopped in Wake Forest on a Saturday and met Joel and Al. Joel worked with me to find a mattress within my budget and was super friendly and found just the right mattress for my application. A couple days later I was called to be told my mattress was on back order for 3 weeks which wasn't going to work. I stopped by the store and met Mike who told me Joel was no longer with Mattress Warehouse and that he could help me. He called all the other stores and found an upgraded mattress that was in stock that could be delivered on my original delivery date. How great is that?? A better mattress for no more money. That's customer service! All around great work by Mike and Joel! Thank you Mattress Warehouse! My daughter loves the upgraded mattress!!
