  I went over Sally to buy my hair products. The staff member was very polite when I told her that I forgot my member card. She said that she will help me looking at the system and finding me. "That won't be any Problem" she stated. Very nice lady.
  
  I saw the ad indicating : buy two Full size product and get one free. I have taken the advantage of this sale before. I have long, long hair. I am leaving long to donate to a dearest family member who has alopecia (hair loss). When I went to pay the manager and staff members said that this Full Size does not apply to the Full Size shampoo and condition that I was purchasing. The Full Size for them was the $8.99 product which is a "small bottle". I left the place very disappointed with this vague advertisement. I have taken this opportunity before with this kind of sale and it says Full Size and I buy Full Size Shampoo and Condition, (big bottle). Sometimes my husband buy it for me or my sister and I never seen a Full Size referred to a "small bottle".
