  My wife & I went looking at Smart Phones at the Wake Forest, NC. Verizon Store. We have been a Verizon Customer for 17 years.
  We decided to get 2 Smart Phones. The guy waiting on us was supposed to down load the information from my wife's old phone to her new phone. It was getting close to closing time so one of the other Verizon workers said "Well you have been here all day" We were there about 2 hours. We did not like that comment. Then when we got home we found out the information was not downloaded from old phone to new phone.
  
  We were not happy with our visit.
