  Great customer service throughout the entire process. I called on Friday and was able to be scheduled as early as the next afternoon and I was placed on a waiting list in case a cancellation came available. Saturday morning I was called and asked if I’d like to take an earlier appointment which I did. The staff scheduling were very friendly and the technician was very knowledgeable. The company is transparent in their charges. They inform you what’s going to be charged so there are no surprises. My carpets are so clean now, it’s amazing! I had used a competitor a couple weeks ago and zerorez cleaned what that company had missed. I highly recommend this company and I’ll use them again.
